"Double bubble" experiment acheté le 2015-01-01

This technique allows to generate two bubbles or drops with controlled volume and to move them with respect to each other in a controlled manner by controlling speed and position. This experiment is used to control the incubation time of the drops/bubbles (for example to allow the adsorption of surface active agents), to measure the stability of drops/bubbles by pushing them against each other, and/or to measure the friction between drops/bubbles by sliding them over each other.
