Description :
Within the framework of the ERA-NET InsBioration project, which involves a consortium of 5 European laboratories, this thesis focuses on the development of antibacterial and adhesive nanometric coatings. It is divided into three sections dedicated to the development of films: (i) antibacterial by release of tannic acid and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) through a catalytic cascade reaction of two enzymes, (ii) antibacterial based on enzymes capable of degrading bacterial biofilm or disrupting communication between bacteria, and (iii) adhesive composed of tannic acid associated with a polycation.
