In 2023, the University of Strasbourg Institute for Advanced Stydy (USIAS) awarded 13 Fellowships in all research areas for a period of 3 months to 2 years. These Fellowships are awarded to "excellent researchers from Strasbourg who want to venture into new directions of research outside of their comfort zone"
This year, and for the next two years, Madeline Vauthier (IP² team) is one of these Fellows! She will thus develop new types of stimuli-responsive (nano- or micro-)objects: polymersomes (hollow spheres made of amphiphilic block copolymers), known for their ability to form stable auto-assembled systems.
