The "Sustainable (bio)materials: Self-assembly of peptides and polymers" (IRIS) team involves researchers sharing common interests on sustainable development and healthcare. Our complementary skills cover syntheses of polymers and peptides, physical chemistry of polyelectrolytes, and mechanics of soft matter. Our goal is to develop and investigate these macromolecules in solution, in multilayered films or as gels to understand their behaviors from a fundamental point of view and/or fulfill the needs of targeted applications.
