In all cases below, no purchase can be done without the agreement of your N+1.
Le CNRS has set up an material exchange plateform in order to search for, sell, lend or donate second-handed equipment bewteen units and departments with a least some of their fundings coming from the CNRS.
All the office supplies must be ordered or bought at the shop at the entrance of the ICS, managed by Jean-Marc Chauvelot via the UGAP market.
You can find there office supplies (pens, notebooks, tape...) as well as a few tools for the lab (syringes, beakers, gloves, lab notebooks, goggles, labcoats...).
You have to give your name so that items can be charged to your team.
If one of the articles (office supply or small lab material) is not available, you just have to send an email to Jean-Marc with the UGAP reference.
To limit shipment costs, about an order per week is made or whenever enough material is ordered. It is therefore essential to order small material through him, and not to add them yourself to your UGAP orders.
Otherwise, these small materials could be withdrawn from your orders.
For all products, you have the obligation to order via the CNRS market: UGAP. It contains a high number of reference with negotiated prices for the CNRS, both for equipment and devices.
If you cannot find your product and you therefore need to buy it somewhere else, you should send a request (screenshot with "0 result" or a declaration of honor) to justify your purchase.
To place an order, ask your N+1 about the internal functioning of your team.
The chemistry shop cannot be used for the purshase of lab consumable material or office supplies. It can only be used to buy chemicals.
You can find the catalog of the chemistry shop by clicking here.
On this page, you also find a link to a Seafile containing:

Here is a non-exhaustive list of chemicals providers. Note that the lab has negotiated prices for some of them:
