For CNRS employees, days off demand must be done on the Agate-Tempo platform. For IT staff (engineers, technicians) whose employer is the University of Strasbourg, days off will be managed via the Ohris application. For your first connection you will be guided by your HR referent.
44 days off per year (32 days vacation and 12 days RTT) are granted to any contract worker. Any unused leave will be lost. You have legal obligation to take at least 20 days per year off.
Some exceptional leaves can be allowed for special events, such as weddings, death, civil union (PACS) or administrative convocation. You can simply send an e-mail to the HR manager so that he can enter them into Agate-Tempo, and send him a supporting document as well.
Homeworking demands have to be done on Ariane for CNRS employees. You must provide documents attesting your housing meets the norms required. You must also register your non-regular homeworking days on Agate-Tempo.
Unistra employees need to fill the form available on this link. You must provide confirmation of a sufficient internet connection and of the safety of the electric installation of your housing.
The HF platform Ariane allows CNRS employees to register several demands such as second job demand, work accident notification, medical leave, registration to trainings, etc. for PhD students (CNRS employer), you can also send your registration certificate at the university at the beginning of each academic year.
