Step-by-step guide to go on a mission

In order to go on a mission, the steps are the following:

  1. Prepare your mission by filling a "Demande d'ordre de mission" on Etamine.
A guide is available by clicking here.
  2. For missions implying:
    • Transport by train (except for interregional trains - TER),
    • or rransport by plane (only if the same route by train is more than 3 hours long),
    • and/ or the accommodation in France
the use of Rydoo (negotiated CNRS market) is mandatory.
Rydoo also allows to book accommodations abroad, but it is possible to book another accommodation (in this case, you should first pay the costs yourself and ask for a reimbursement after your mission). In order to book trains and accommodations, you must be connected to Rydoo and proceed to booking. The validating person you should mention is the mission adviser from the administration, which is indicated on the following page.
If the platform does not propose any accommodation suitable for your travel, transmit the certificate to your mission adviser from the administration as a proof allowing you to proceed to the booking by yourself (and therefore put the money up front by yourself).
  3. Put your mission days on the Agate-Tempo platform
  4. During your mission, make public transports your first choice, as the use of a taxi, for instance, would require a justification.
  5. When coming back from your mission, it is mandatory to confirm your return in Etamine, with or without reimbursable expenses. (step 8 of the guide)
For the reimbursement of expenses, you should complete the expense statement pre-filled in Etamine and it is mandatory to keep all the receipts (bills). They have to be returned to your mission adviser from the administration.
Note that credit card receipts do not count as a proof of payment, and that meal tickets should be individual (each person should pay its meal and get its own ticket).
If you have any question, do not hesitate to consult your mission adviser from the administration service.
