The mechanical workshop is dedicated to the fabrication of machines for research. Moreover, you can find there devices and tools you might find useful for your research (however you cannot use them yourself). If you have any problems, do not hesitate to contact the person in charge of your team and ask him your question.
You can find as well, all the information about the workshop/studio here.

You can find Liquid Nitrogen on the ground floor, in front of the Mechanical Workshop.
If the liquid nitrogen tank is empty, you must take it outside, on the platform (emergency door located to the right of the fire escape) and send an email to cryogenie@unistra.fr stipulating that a Dewar flask of Nitrogen must be filled for the institute.
The service is at the end of the Cronenbourg campus and is often replaced for the next day.
Purchase orders should be given to Jean-Marc Chauvelot.
