FileSender

This tool allows you to send large files via a temporary cloud. You can access this service simply by connecting to your Partage mailbox, then clicking on "ACCESS +" and "FileSender". You will have to reconnect a second time by clicking on the icon on the top right . You then have the possibility to:

  • Upload a file. This option will give you a link that you can then share with your colleagues. It will expire after a maximum of 30 days, depending on the date you specify.
  • Create an invitation. This option allows you to send a message to your collaborators who do not have access to SeaFile, so that they can share their files with you.
  • Manage your links and repositories. This option shows you a history of your repositories where you can modify the options of your already created links.

LINA

This is the storage system on the institute's server.

You can find detailed information about its use in the "useful documents" section of the IT service page.

If you have any questions concerning its use and installation, please write to sauvegarde@ics-cnrs.unistra.fr.

MyPeopleDoc

If you wish to store sensitive documents, you have access to the MyPeopleDoc application, a secure virtual safe. Some documents, such as the regional delegate's decisions on your applications filed in Ariane, can be filed directly in this space.
