- 54 hours of transverse skill trainings [formations transversales], such as language courses, programming/software trainings, management etc.
- One evaluation by a follow-up committee before the enrollment for the 3rd year (and before the enrollment for every year of extension)

The doctoral school of Physics and Physical Chemistry requires to fulfil:
- Three scientific trainings, proposed by the Doctoral School

- MOOC course on « Scientific integrity in research activities» [Intégrité scientifique dans les métiers de la recherche]
- One evaluation by a follow-up committee before the enrollment for the 3rd year (and before the enrollment for every year of extension)

Amethis is the plateform for inscription and registration for PhD students.
It is recommended to follow transferable skill trainings [formations transversales] during the first year of your thesis. That will help you to be more focused on the PhD project during the following years, especially the last year, dedicated to manuscript preparation and defense.
