The internal telephone

You can call any person at the institute from your landline, simply by dialing the last 5 digits of the phone number in the ICS directory.

The mailings

When you arrive in the institute, you are automatically and obligatorily registered on the address institut@ics-cnrs.unistra.fr. Only a few people can send emails through this address (management, prevention assistants...)..

If you wish to write to the direction, you can write to: directeur@ics-cnrs.unistra.fr.

However, there is another mailing that allows you to communicate with people who have registered. It is tous@ics-cnrs.unistra.fr. Everybody can send emails through this address, which is why it should be used only for important messages. It is used in particular to receive announcements of internal seminars, thesis jars or information concerning the life of the laboratory.
To register, you just have to follow the following steps:

  1. Send an email to sympa@ics-cnrs.unistra.fr with the subject "SUBSCRIBE tous" (without quotation marks).
  2. Wait for confirmation of registration by an administrator.
  3. Once the confirmation is received by email, you can send emails to the "tous" list.
To unsubscribe from the "tous" mailing list, just send an email to sympa@ics-cnrs.unistra.fr with the subject "UNSUBSCRIBE tous" (without quotation marks).

In addition, there are email lists to which the personnel are automatically and obligatorily registered according to their status and which are used only for professional mails:

There are also sometimes internal team mailings. Ask your responsible for more information.

Finally, you can consult the mailings you have subscribed to by logging in with your Share email identifiers on the Unistra mailing list site:

  • Link for Unistra Unistra mailings
  • Link for CNRS CNRS mailings
This website also allows you to unsubscribe from lists you do not wish to be on.
